What this portal is
Vivid Portal is where Vivid Software LLC ("Vivid") and its clients keep the record of their work together: projects, messages, tasks, tickets, files, decisions, agreements and invoices. Your company's agreement with Vivid governs the work itself. These terms cover only your use of the portal.
Your account
Your sign-in is for you alone. Don't share it. Tell Scott at once if you think someone else has used it. Your company's admins can add and remove people at your company.
What you put in
Post only what you are allowed to share with Vivid. Never post passwords, keys or database addresses; the portal refuses them. Enter secrets directly in the service that needs them, or give them to Scott on a call.
Decisions you record
Some buttons record a decision, such as approving a preview, accepting an agreement, or giving Go. Each shows what it records. The record keeps who pressed it, when, and what they were shown, and it cannot be changed afterward.
Records that are kept
Invoices, agreements, payments, recorded decisions, the access register and the audit log are business records. They are kept even if other data is deleted, so both sides have an accurate history.
Service providers
We may use service providers, including software and AI tools, to host the service, deliver messages, and help us organize and manage our work for you. Any provider we use is bound to keep your information confidential and may use it only to provide its service to us.
Availability
Vivid aims to keep the portal available but does not promise it will always be. Support hours and reply targets shown in the portal are targets, not a service commitment. Your agreement governs.
Changes
If these terms change, you will be asked to read the new version the next time you sign in.
